I know about the legit sites but I am looking for any insiders gossip or rumors that may or may not be officially publicized by the city. Like, if you work at a store and heard that they want to move to Romeoville. Someone I was talking to knows Dick Portillo and that is how I heard about the possible Portillo’s. I have searched all the regular sites and the developers/builders info too, looking for a local forum or yahoo group etc. that may talk about these things.
